What Accord stores about you

Accord is a thin convenience layer over Google Forms. We don't sit between you and the form data — Google does. The minimum information we keep is what's needed to remember who you are between visits and to autofill the fields you configure.

What we collect

Google account identity — your display name, email, and avatar URL, exactly as Google's OAuth returns them. Used to verify you and to prefill form fields.

Profile rules — the field rules you configure (label, match type, patterns, value). Stored under your user ID in our database.

Accords you create — the form URL, slug, entry IDs, and prefill values you save. Linked to your Google account.

What we don't collect

We do not see, store, or log the responses you submit to Google Forms. Submissions go directly from your browser to Google.

We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Third parties

Accord uses Google Sign-In for authentication and Google Cloud Firestore for data storage. Both are operated by Google under their own privacy terms.

Deleting your data

Delete an Accord or a profile field from your dashboard at any time and it's removed from our database immediately. To remove your account entirely, open the user menu in the top-right of the dashboard and choose Delete account — your profile, every Accord you've created, and your sign-in are wiped right then.
